Every maker is verified through a Know Your Business (KYB) process so travelers shop like a local and artisans earn fair prices.

After 4 years of working across Asia in the post-pandemic world to enable seamless guest experiences and transactions — in partnership with hotels, travel platforms, and local businesses — we've arrived at what we believe is our most exciting product yet: Avendi Local.
Avendi Local helps travelers shop like a local without leaving their hotel. Every product is sourced from small, KYB-verified makers that residents actually buy from — with no tourist markup, same-day delivery to the hotel front desk, and fair pay for the people who made it.

When you place an order, the vendor gets an instant alert to double check availability and confirm your order.

After they confirm and pack your item, you'll get a tracking link to follow your order as it makes its way to you.
